Creating entire sections as a whole allows for Just in Time delivery when needed and offers customers a more effective, efficient and streamlined approach.

Labor needs on the jobsite are accounted for and peaks and valleys in the timetable flattened out as a result of the preplanning and fabrication methods used.

Continental's 27,000-square-foot warehouse facility gives us the capability to manage and maintain an inventory of more than 6,000 tools. The warehousing center allows us to stay ahead of the demands of our projects for material and tooling needs. We can pre-plan further in advance and eliminate any downtime that could impact project schedules and productivity.
We implement quality control procedures that enable us to gain advance knowledge of any damage to construction equipment and better manage customer schedules and expectations to deliver better all-around service. We also have the ability to store owner-supplied equipment, another move that minimizes customer costs and ensures timely delivery of materials to the job site.
Every construction project uses a vast array of tools to complete a job. Managing the tools and equipment in one accessible location minimizes lost time and provides our construction field personnel with the best and safest tools to complete the work. The warehousing team uses an integrated inventory system to track the location of every tool. This ensures our construction field personnel receive tools in proper working order, as they are required to complete projects.
Continental's distribution center has more than 6,000 square feet dedicated to its prefab operation. Our comprehensive machine shop allows us to manufacture assemblies for projects off-site in a controlled environment, thus ensuring quality and saving time in the production process. We can also design and build custom tools used on our jobs to achieve safer and faster installations and ensure better quality in the final product.
