Michael Hanek

Director of Engineering

Michael has over 28 years of experience in the electrical industry and has been the lead engineer for Continental on many design/build projects. He has worked in all areas of design, from hand drafting to 3D-modeling. Mike’s expertise is focused on power systems and distribution, particularly short circuit analysis, over-current protection coordination, transient analysis, harmonic analysis, and heat calculations using the Neher-McGrath method. As the Director of Engineering, he is known for his hands-on approach and being involved in all projects in his division.
