Michelle brings 30 years of experience in the electrical industry and has been a valued member of Continental since 2008. Beginning her career as an apprentice in 1995, Michelle advanced to Foreman before transitioning into the office, where she mastered estimating and progressed into project management. Her comprehensive knowledge spans all facets of the electrical trade, and for more than a decade, she has successfully led numerous mission-critical projects from inception through closeout, consistently delivering exceptional results.
