Starting as an apprentice in 2003, he worked as an electrician until 2016 before moving into the office to develop expertise in estimating and project management. Nick has managed many high-profile projects, demonstrating strong leadership in coordinating teams and ensuring financial oversight. In recent years, he has played a key role in delivering large-scale projects requiring complex planning and execution.
