Ron joined Continental in 2005 and has built a strong reputation for his technical expertise and project success in structured cabling. As a journeyman, he specialized in the installation, testing, and certification of fiber optics and copper cabling systems. His focus on quality and precision carried through to his role as Construction Manager, where he led teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

Now serving as Low Voltage Team Leader, Ron manages a group of project managers and drives collaboration, strategic direction, and team performance. Known for his steady leadership and problem-solving skills, he continues to guide complex projects to successful outcomes.
