CONTINENTAL ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ACQUIRES FULL SERVICE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR

CHICAGO (Oct 29, 2021) – Continental Electrical Construction Company, LLC (CECCo) announced that it has acquired Ashburn Power & Light, Inc. (Ashburn), a full-service electrical contractor based out of the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

CECCo is a reputed full-service electrical construction company that has been serving Chicagoland since 1912. The company has been doing well and its’ expanding its base through acquisitions over the past few decades. It has now acquired Ashburn which provided similar services to their customers, particularly in the healthcare industry.

Officials at both companies have made it clear that this move is beneficial for both companies and their customers. Between both companies, the staff has a combined 130 years of experience to bring to the table.

Starting inNovember, staff will transition from Ashburn’s Alsip, Illinois office to CECCo headquarters in Oak Brook. Field staff has already been oriented at the CECCo warehouse in Berkeley, Illinois.
