On this project CECCo was face with an adaptive reuse project. On these types of projects, clients need an experienced team that understands how to implement their design within the constraints of an existing building. Like all our Data Center projects, we utilized BIM technology to identify potential conflicts prior to construction as well as discover potential strengths within the existing structure. One area of this project was previously built to support several large pieces of equipment and CECCo was able to take advantage of this existing structural support. Our experienced team provided a clean installation while utilizing the existing structure’s strengths.
